Organizational Framework
Executive Leadership
The Panchayat shall have a President, Vice President one each from every state and union territory, a General Secretary, Secretaries one each from every state and union territory and a treasurer.
Working Committee
Shall consist of office bearers and other members elected at the Annual General Meeting, responsible for day-to-day operations and policy implementation.
General Council
Composed of President, not more than 35 Vice-presidents, General Secretary, not more than 35 Secretaries, Treasurer, and not more than 35 State organizing Secretaries.
Branches
The Panchayat shall organize branches at every administrative district of the country. This will be the primary unit for enrolling ordinary membership.
State Council
Affiliated organizations shall form State Council and shall consist of delegates to the national convention. The State Committee may authorize formation of a regional committee in a region.
Industrial Sections
Representatives from Industrial Sections for every 4000 members, ensuring broad representation across different sectors and industries.
